REFUND, CANCELLATION AND DIGITAL REPORT DELIVERY POLICY

ASTO INDIA
Website: https://astoindia.in
Effective Date: 24 October 2026

1. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

1.1. This Refund, Cancellation and Digital Report Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through the ASTO INDIA website (“Website”) for digital astrology-related reports and associated services.

1.2. ASTO INDIA primarily provides digitally generated or digitally prepared reports based on information submitted by the Customer, including date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and other details requested for the selected service.

1.3. No physical goods are ordinarily supplied under these digital-report transactions. This Policy should be read together with the Website’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. NATURE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE

2.1. Upon successful payment and receipt of the required Customer information, ASTO INDIA will process the order and arrange delivery of the applicable digital Report through the delivery method specified for the service.

2.2. Reports may be generated or prepared using specialized astrology software, computational tools and related processes. Where included in the purchased offer, communication or consultation with an onboarded Pandit may also be provided under the stated service conditions.

2.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incorrect or incomplete birth details may affect the preparation or personalization of the Report.

3. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

3.1. Because the services offered are digital in nature and may involve order-specific processing or generation, a request to cancel an order or obtain a refund after processing has commenced may not ordinarily be eligible for a refund merely because the Customer has changed their mind.

3.2. Before placing an order, Customers should carefully review the selected Report, its price, the information required and the applicable service description.

3.3. Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any refund, cancellation, compensation or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

4. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS AND FAILED TRANSACTIONS

4.1. If a Customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate transaction, the Customer may contact ASTO INDIA with the relevant order reference and transaction details for verification.

4.2. Where a payment has been debited but the order has not been successfully confirmed, the Customer should contact ASTO INDIA with the available transaction reference and supporting information.

4.3. Verified duplicate payments and eligible failed-transaction cases will be reviewed for correction, reversal or refund, as appropriate, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

4.4. Any applicable reversal or refund timeline may depend upon the payment gateway, the Customer’s bank and the relevant financial institution.

5. REPORT NOT DELIVERED

5.1. If a Report is not delivered within the stated delivery period, the Customer should contact ASTO INDIA using the contact details published on the Website.

5.2. ASTO INDIA will make reasonable efforts to verify the order, investigate the delivery issue and provide the Report or another appropriate resolution.

5.3. If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period, the case will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law or otherwise determined to be appropriate in the circumstances.

6. INCORRECT DETAILS AND CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION

6.1. Customers should verify the accuracy of all information submitted before completing an order.

6.2. Where a Customer identifies an error after placing an order, the Customer should notify ASTO INDIA as soon as reasonably possible.

6.3. If processing has already commenced, changes may not always be technically or operationally possible. Any request for correction, regeneration or other assistance will be reviewed on its individual circumstances.

6.4. This clause does not remove any remedy that may be available to a Customer under applicable law.

7. REPORT CONTENT AND SUBJECTIVE DISSATISFACTION

7.1. Astrology-related Reports provide interpretative and informational content. Interpretations may not align with every Customer’s personal expectations or beliefs.

7.2. A difference of opinion concerning an interpretation, prediction or recommendation does not, by itself, establish that a payment transaction failed or that a Report was not delivered.

7.3. This clause does not prevent Customers from raising concerns regarding non-delivery, material service discrepancies, payment errors or any other issue for which a remedy may be available under applicable law.

8. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

8.1. Customers may submit a refund, payment or delivery-related request through the contact details provided on the Website.

8.2. To assist verification, the Customer should provide, where available:

a. Name used for the order.

b. Order reference or transaction identification.

c. Date and amount of payment.

d. A description of the issue encountered.

e. Relevant supporting information, without disclosing passwords, payment PINs or one-time authentication codes.

8.3. ASTO INDIA may request additional reasonable information where necessary to verify the transaction or investigate the request.

9. REVIEW AND PROCESSING

9.1. Each request will be reviewed according to the nature of the issue, the status of the order, the information available and applicable legal requirements.

9.2. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment-provider procedures.

9.3. The time taken for a refund to appear in the Customer’s account may depend upon the payment gateway, bank or other relevant financial institution.

9.4. ASTO INDIA will not represent a refund as completed until the relevant processing status supports that representation.

10. NON-WAIVER OF STATUTORY RIGHTS

10.1. Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or unlawfully limit any right or remedy available to a Customer under applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce, payment or other mandatory laws.

10.2. Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

11. POLICY UPDATES

ASTO INDIA may update this Policy to reflect changes in its services, operational procedures or applicable law. The updated version will be published on the Website with an appropriate effective or update date.
